Human Interaction Management

Keith Harrison-Broninski created the theory of Human Interaction Management (HIM) and the associated change management methodology Goal-Oriented Organization Design (GOOD).  Building on 20 years of research spanning various disciplines, HIM and GOOD provide a process-oriented means to describe and support collaborative human work.

The reference text for HIM is “Human Interactions: The Heart And Soul Of Business Process Management” (Harrison-Broninski K., 2005, Meghan-Kiffer Press):

  • "a must read for Process Professionals and Systems Analysts alike" (BPM Group)
  • "the next logical step in process-based technology" (Chair of the Workflow Management Coalition);
  • "set to produce the first fundamental advances in personal productivity since the arrival of the spreadsheet" (Information Age);
  • "the breakthrough that changes the rules of business" (Peter Fingar, author of "Business Process Management: The Third Wave", "Extreme Competition", etc);
  • "the overarching framework for 21st century business technology" (BP Trends).

HIM and GOOD are now taught on MBA and university Computer Science courses worldwide, and are the subject of books, theses and articles in several languages.
