A snapshot of French social enterprises

Young Academics of the Association of the European Schools of Planning have put together a fascinating snapshot of French social enterprises. I'll be highlighting some of them on Social Echoes over the next few days - starting with Paupiette, which is based on the interesting and very French idea that young people deserve to have a proper lunch cooked by individuals who could well be their own grandparents, and that grandparents should enjoy the company of young people who could well be their own grandchildren.
